Renovation to the core building of Northeast Utilities' Corporate Headquarters involved upgrading the mechanical systems throughout the 63,000 square foot three-story structure. All mechanical upgrades and ductwork, including six new restrooms, a new HVAC system, and a new boiler were installed within a sixty day timeframe.
