Award of Merit – AIA Connecticut
School of Business
Hamden, CT
The new 48,000 square foot School of Business facility features a broadcast wing with television and radio training studios and production areas. The facility also includes computer classrooms, lecture halls, a conference and seminar center as well as housing faculty and administrative offices. The HVAC system included installation of absorption chillers to maximize energy efficiency throughout the building.
