Office of Investments
New Haven, CT
Construction of the Office of Investments entailed a high end fit-out of an existing 15,000 square foot office space. An aggressive schedule timeline for completion of the project demanded significant coordination with the project team and vendors. All HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and ductwork, were installed both on time, in 1½ months, and within budget.
