A design build project, the Front Street Garage is a 270,000 square foot parking structure that is part of the Adriaen's Landing development in downtown Hartford. The six-level structure contains 670 parking spaces and a plaza. The garage provides parking for retail stores and residential units that are part of the major urban development project. Among the systems installed was a snow melt system designed to keep the 40,000 square foot plaza free from snow and ice accumulation during winter months.
