President, Founder
As the Founder and President, Mario provides executive oversight to the field and administrative operations of the company. He founded F+F Mechanical in 1982 and grew the business from a small commercial plumbing and heating company to the organization it is today. Under Mario's guidance, Arona Corporation was founded in 1991, allowing F+F to provide customers seamless coordination between sheet metal and mechanical installation.
Mario has over 50 years of commercial mechanical construction experience including 13 years in Europe and over 25 years with F+F Mechanical. Prior to founding F+F, Mario held supervisory positions on several high profile projects throughout Connecticut including the former New Haven Coliseum, the New Haven Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Corporate Campus in North Haven.
Mario maintains several occupational trade licenses including:
P-1, Plumbing & Piping Unlimited Contractor, S-1, Heating, Piping, Cooling Unlimited Contractor, SM-1, Limited Sheet Metal Contractor, and F-1, Fire Protection Unlimited Contractor.

John Ferrucci
Vice President, Operations
John is responsible for providing executive supervision for every project. In addition to maintaining liaison with clients, vendors and subcontractors, his responsibilities include oversight of all project management, drafting, and estimating departments as well as all foremen and field staff. He has extensive mechanical contracting experience which includes advanced knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and sheet metal fabrication and installation.
John is active in the mechanical and sheet metal industries. He is a board member of both the Mechanical Contractors Association of CT and the Associated Sheet Metal & Roofing Contractors of CT. He is also an Annuity Fund Trustee for Plumbing & Pipefitters Local 777 and a Local Pension Trustee for Local 40 Sheet Metal Workers.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Fordham University, John completed the Trane Graduate Engineer Training Program. He has several occupational trade licenses in Connecticut including: P-1, Plumbing & Piping Unlimited Contractor, S-1, Heating, Piping, Cooling Unlimited Contractor, and SM-1, Limited Sheet Metal Contractor.

Frank Ferrucci
Vice President, Finance & Administration
Frank is responsible for providing executive oversight for all financial, accounting and administrative functions. He reviews and administers all purchase orders and contract agreements, manages insurance and bonding issues, and directs all human resources, information technology, finance and accounting activities.
Prior to joining F+F, Frank was a Senior Project Manager for Clark Construction in Bethesda, MD. While at Clark, he planned, monitored, and supervised on-site construction activities on many major projects including The Verizon Center (formerly The MCI Center), the U.S. Botanic Garden, the Washington DC Headquarters for the Kaiser Family Foundation, and a data center for at&t.
Frank is active in the local business community. He sits on the Foundation Board for the Hospital of Saint Raphael as well as the Quinnipiac University School of Business Advisory Board. He has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Quinnipiac University, and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the George Washington University. He also has a diploma from the Construction Management Program at New York University.
